Ubertas Wines is a fully organic Barossa Valley estate at Nuriootpa, built by Taiwanese-born brothers Philip and Kevin Liu after purchasing the property in 2014. Farming without pesticides to protect the earthworms and soil biology that give their wines full-bodied character, the brothers hand-harvest from century-old vines on sandy North Barossa soils. Beyond the wines, the cellar door doubles as a destination: on-site Asian Canteen restaurant, accommodation, and event hosting make it one of the Barossa's more distinctive cultural experiences. Wines are exported to China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and Hong Kong, reflecting the family's pan-Asian connections.
