The winery produces wines across two ranges: the Estate tier (led by single-block Syrah, released from 2007) and the Fairbank range, home to a Rosé that has been named Australia's Best Rosé three years running with Halliday Gold ratings of 97, 96 and 96 points for the 2022–2024 vintages.
