Montalto is one of the Mornington Peninsula's landmark estates, at Red Hill South, pairing cool-climate wines with a celebrated restaurant built around estate-grown heirloom produce. The wines, led by winemaker Simon Black, focus on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay across three labels.

Beyond the cellar door, the property is a destination in its own right, with a fine-dining restaurant, the casual Piazza, kitchen gardens and a one-kilometre sculpture trail winding through the vineyards and wetlands.
