Martins Hill Organic Wines has been growing and making wine on the Castlereagh Highway at Apple Tree Flat, Mudgee since 1985 — nearly four decades of certified organic viticulture. The vineyard holds NASAA Certification #2843 and produces Sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Fortified wines entirely without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilisers. All wines are also vegan-friendly, using bentonite clay in place of animal-based fining agents.
