Giaconda is one of Beechworth's most celebrated small estates, certified biodynamic by the Bio Dynamic Research Institute (BDRI) under the Australian Demeter method since 2018. Perched at 400 metres on cool, granitic south-facing slopes, the vineyard grows Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo and Roussanne — all hand-harvested and made using gravity-flow winemaking with minimal intervention. Releases are strictly limited and sold once annually, making each bottle a genuine rarity.
