Freehand Natural Wine is a 6-hectare family-farmed biodynamic vineyard on Scotsdale Road near Denmark in WA's Great Southern. Winemaker Matt Eastwell began using biodynamic preparations in 2008 and produces preservative-free wines with zero sulphur additions — no filtration, no fining agents. The range includes Carpe Noctem Syrah, Amore De Sangres Cabernet Sauvignon, a field blend (Ormus) and the Untamed Heart chillable red, all from Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grown on the property.
