About
Fin Wines is a natural wine fermentation collective based in Dixons Creek, Yarra Valley, farming 10 acres on Wurundjeri Country without herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilisers — feeding the soil instead with compost teas, fish oil, and seaweed extract. Founded in January 2020, the collective wild ferments everything with only a small amount of SO2 added before bottling, producing Pinot Noir, Roussanne, Pinot Gris, Garnacha, Nebbiolo, and ciders with a light-touch philosophy built on joy and drinkability rather than ceremony.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Fin Wines certified organic?

What does "fermentation collective" mean?
Rather than a traditional single-producer winery, Fin Wines operates as a collaborative fermentation collective, drawing on multiple vineyard sources and a shared ethos of minimal intervention, wild fermentation, and accessible natural wines made without ceremony.
