About Cupitt's Estate

Cupitt's Estate is a family-run winery, brewery, restaurant and luxury retreat on the NSW South Coast, set on rolling farmland with sweeping views over Burrill Lake between Jervis Bay and Batemans Bay. Rosie and Griff Cupitt planted their first vines in 2003 and opened the cellar door in 2007; today the next generation is involved, with son Wally Cupitt leading the wines.

It's built around a farm-to-table philosophy ("from our garden, to our kitchen, to you"), with much of the restaurant's produce grown on site. Alongside the cool-climate wines there's an on-site brewery, an award-winning restaurant and casual Wine Garden, and a cluster of luxury villas, several with private outdoor baths.
