Cannibal Creek Vineyard is a small, award-winning, single-estate producer in the cool West Gippsland region, run by Pat and Kirsten Hardiker at 260 Tynong North Road. Vines were planted with a French-style focus on Burgundy and Bordeaux varieties — Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Rosé — and are still tended by hand today, with all wine grown, picked and made on-site.
