Bindi Wines is a small, highly regarded family estate in Gisborne, in Victoria's cool-climate Macedon Ranges, focused exclusively on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The Dhillon family farms organically — no systemic herbicides, pesticides or foliage sprays — and employs biodynamic preparations including BD 500, composting and soil cultivation, though the vineyard is not formally certified. Wines are wild-fermented with minimal intervention and are not widely available, making them among the most sought-after in the region. Tastings are by appointment only; there is no regular cellar door walk-in.
