About

Adelina Wines is an Australian Certified Organic (ACO) producer based at Wendouree Road East in the Springfarm sub-region, south of Clare township in the Clare Valley. Founded by Jen Gardner and Col McBryde — both with PhDs and decades of wine industry experience — the estate is built around remarkably old estate vines: Shiraz planted 1915, Pedro Ximenez 1915 and Grenache 1940, alongside Mataro and Malbec. First released in 2003, the wines have steadily earned recognition as a Top 100 Australian winery. In addition to the estate fruit, Adelina sources select Clare Valley parcels from growers whose quality meets the project's ethos. Varietals include Riesling (Watervale and Polish Hill River), Cabernet Franc, Shiraz blends and Grenache; tastings are available by appointment through their booking site.
